The LTMC HQ600-SP is a 600 kN CNC busbar punching and shearing line that automates feeding, positioning, clamping, punching, shearing, die change and unloading for high-volume copper and aluminum busbar runs in Canadian switchgear and power-distribution shops. It runs six servo axes for 0.10 mm/500 mm positioning and hits 120–150 strokes per minute on 15 mm × 200 mm bar. The automated nesting keeps scrap low on long 600 V busbar orders. Its footprint is 10500×2900×1800 mm, so it suits larger Ontario or Alberta fabricators rather than small job shops. HQ600-SP — Punching force: 600 kN. Test condition: CNC punching and shearing of copper and aluminum busbar up to 15 mm × 200 mm. Result: 600 kN force with eight punch stations plus one shear, 120–150 strokes/min and 75 m/min X-axis travel. Baseline: sits in the same 600 kN HQ600 family as the HQ600-S-8P (family_ref.txt) but as a full automated line with auto feeding and unloading. Note: the aid 8 page has no spec table, so values are taken from the site's published HQ600-SP line parameters (family_ref.txt) and need factory confirmation.
The line's servo axes and control are configured for the supply you specify at order; Canadian shops commonly run 208 V, 480 V or 600 V three-phase at 60 Hz. Confirm your incoming voltage with our team so we size the transformer and panels for assemblies built to CSA C22.2 requirements. The line is positioned for CSA-compliant switchgear production as noted on the product page.
As a 10500×2900×1800 mm automated line it ships in sections from Jinan, typically by ocean freight to Canadian ports, then clears customs with your broker. Confirm current transit, crating and clearance timing with our team before ordering, since the line needs on-site installation planning.
