The LTMC 303U-3-C is a 300 kN three-in-one busbar machine that punches, shears and bends copper and aluminum busbar up to 12 mm thick and 150 mm wide for Canadian switchgear, transformer and busway fabricators. Its three stations use a six-mode turret punch and a flat-blade shear that leaves a clean edge with no burr or droop, then bends flat, horizontal, vertical and U shapes by changing dies. Four casters make it a movable cell for job shops and site work. At 1220 kg with a 1720×1220×1220 mm frame it is the lighter manual-control build of the 303U-3 family. The listed 1×4 kW drive reflects its single-pump configuration.
303U-3-C — Punching force: 300 kN. Test condition: copper and aluminum punching on the six-mode turret. Result: 300 kN handles Ø4.3–Ø25 mm holes in 12 mm bar. Baseline: the 303U-3 in the same table also lists 300 kN at 1×4 kW; this -C page shows the same force on a 150 mm envelope.

Main Features
1. The cutting processing unit adopts vertical processing mode, flexible and convenient to operate. It adopts flat blade cutting, and the incision interface of workpiece is flat, no waste, burrs and droop.
2. The punching unit uses a six-mode turnplate in tooth shape with good view, and no need to change the dies frequently, and the operation is simple and efficient.
3. The bending unit adopts a horizontal bending. By changing molds, could be completed the processing of flat bending or vertical bending.
4. A variety of processing functions such as embossing, flattening, twisting, and crimping of cable ends can be achieved by changing the molds.
5. The machine has four casters, so it is easy to be moved everywhere needed.
6. Different molds or tools can be installed according to user requirements to complete special shape processing.
