The LTMC HQ2000-S is a CNC copper and aluminum busbar sawing machine that cuts busbar to length for Canadian busduct and switchgear shops with a high-speed disc blade and CNC positioning. It holds the cut face square and burr-free with no collapse angle, and can clamp a long bar once then repeat-cut automatically without manual handling. The saw runs at 2800 r/min with a 400 mm blade, positions at 50 m/min along a 2000 mm X stroke, and covers busbar from 30×3 mm to 200×15 mm with a 30 mm minimum offcut. At 1300 kg and 3300×1300×750 mm it slots into a sawing cell beside punch/shear/bend stations.
