The LTMC HQ40-BC is a 300 kN CNC busbar cutting and Z-bending machine for Canadian switchgear and panel shops that shear and form copper and aluminum busbar up to 210 mm wide and 10 mm thick. Its single-blade shear leaves a flat, burr-free edge, and the height-adjustable Z-bending unit uses a linear displacement sensor fed back to the CNC to form accurate Z bends on bars up to 3200 mm long without manual measurement. At 300 kN it slots between a saw and a punch/shear line for short-run and custom enclosures. Standard LJMC dies and CNC program templates keep setup quick for low-volume Canadian fabricators.
